Work out plan

So on tuesday I went to the gym where I did the standard cross country programme on the bike, which goes up to resistance 18/22! Almost kills me everytime but its worth it when I finish of course. Then I did the hill climb on the cross trainer which starts on a really steep incline then just increases resistance till the end, this is also another death wish.

Anyway me and ellie talked to the gym instructor about a programme and he talked to us about what we needed to do, and he is gonna write it all out for next time which is great. He also said that he is going to try and get warwick sport to sponsor us, which sounds as if it could be quite a bit of money. Plus he is gonna try and get us kitted out in warwick sport gear, and get us on the website. Which will be alot of great promotion that I wasn't expecting.

Also I am now up to £304 quid!!! I know I still have £1900 to raise but £300 is still a good chunk raised :)

wow!

I was on the train back from my trip out with friends from uni when I randomly thought to check my total for Kilimanjaro just in case anyone had donated since yesterday morning and they certainly have!! I am now up to a grand total of £244( I had £99 the 3 days ago) !!! And that is without any donations from friends yet (apart from Anna bobanna love you!!) I only set up the just giving page during this holiday and have raised more than I thought I would.

I am really excited about raising lots of money, I have to raise £2200 where the minimum going to "Enhance herts" is £1500. But I hope to raise a lot more than that if possible! So once I reach that total I definitely aim to keep on raising money.

I also have to find another grand, for injections, kit and to sustain myself for the two weeks we get after the climb to go and do what we choose.

Ahh so alot of money to raise, but I cant wait to get started as tis all very exciting. Just glad I can do something for lovely harvey :)

First day of the new year

I am currently lying in bed recovering from a deathly hangover from the best new year I have ever had. But everything is about to change drastically! I have a list of really silly things that are going to change and I am going to become the most efficient working multi-tasking machine you ever laid your eyes on, just you wait.

As soon as I go back to uni, I am going to go to the gym and get an exercise plan for kili worked out, at the moment my stamina and general strength is lacking. Okay correction I am generally really really unfit.

I am going to do my work constantly, if I want to be the best I need to put the hours in!

Stop eating unnecessarily! Just because I may be chronically bored at the time, does not mean I should go and eat half a huge block of cheddar...

MONEY. Now this is the hardest one, I will be in control. A weekly amount will be set and it will be stuck to. It will!

Thats all I can think of so far, but yeah. New year and lots of changes.
